Sagres

Join this Boat Tour for Dolphin Watching from Sagres, and if you are lucky you can even see whales.

The most observed species of small cetaceans are the Common Dolphin (Delphinus delphis), the Roaz Dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) and the Boto (Phocoena phocoena) for most of the year. There are other possible species of sightings such as the Risso Dolphin (Grampus griseus), the Streaked Dolphin (Stenella coeruleoalba) and the Orca (Orcinus orca).

Occasionally we can observe whales on their migratory route where the most frequent species and whose sightings in 2012 increased were the Baldene Whale (Balaenoptera acutorostrata) and the Common Whale (Balaenoptera physalus).

Note
All our activities are suitable for the whole family. However, this specific Dolphin Watching activity is not suitable for children under 2 years of age, pregnant women and people with bone problems, spine or recent surgery.

We are at your entire disposal in order to provide you with a journey in comfort and safety. We recommend warm clothing, even in the summer season, a bottle of water, sunblock and well-equipped photographic equipment (the insurance of the boat/passengers does not cover damages or losses of values).
